Netflix orders Love is Blind reunion

Netflix has announced a reunion special for its hit series Love is Blind, to be produced by Red Arrow-owned prodco Kinetic Content.

The special reunion episode will feature the show’s Atlanta-based participants, along with hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey, and find out whether the featured couples are still together.

The special will premiere on Netflix’s YouTube channel on March 5.

Love Is Blind is currently the number one series on the service in multiple territories around the world including the US, the UK, Germany, Australia and Canada. The dating series came to an end this week, with the final episode airing on February 27 after premiering on February 13.

The format sees singles matched up with potential love interests without ever having seen them. Contestants propose prior to meeting their new fiancés, and the series follows the couples as they plan for the wedding.

The 10-episode series is exec produced by Chris Coelen, Sam Dean, Ally Simpson, Eric Detwiler and Brian Smith.
